Full time developer needed (Long term, stable job with great benefits)

I am looking for a developer who takes pride in their work and is more interested in doing a great job than simply clocking hours and collecting a salary.
I run several websites and I need someone to maintain, update and modify them as needed as well as create new website under my instructions. There is no such thing as a typical website in my business, but in general you will need to know the following: Wordpress, PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL, Javascript.
You will be paid a base salary as well as a 5% share in profits. (which can be sizable) .
You must be fast and very thorough in your work. That is to say if I ask you to modify anything it should be done quickly and full tested without my supervision.
If you are interested in the job please respond with you expected salary per month, your portfolio or resume and a little bit about yourself and why you feel you would be a good fit for the job.
If you accept the job, You will be paid on a weekly basis but must agree not to take on any other freelance jobs.
I am not interested in hiring companies, only individuals who are willing to commit to the job.
