Get me clients for the services i offer!

Hello Please read this brief carefully , i am a graphic designer with really good skills and i offer some amazing services in this field. I lack some clients and i am looking for some digital marketer to help me out and bring me clients. I don't want someone to waste my and his/her time as well. So please be serious. I can either pay you as per your charges, or i can pay you as per the sale.
