Graphics Design for Drop Down box

Hi,
I need the graphics to be done for a drop down box for my website.
The graphics of the box will be similar to the one on this page:

but with my product: Twitter Cash Machine.
the graphics for the box will be split into 5 images :

I have attached an image that explains how the image is split into 5.
This is to give an idea. I don't want it box to look exactly like this one.
The bottom will contain "Twitter Cash Machine" on the left and a cash machine with a twitter bird on the right.
It will be a "Click Here" button instead of "OK"

The graphics have to be of good quality, not like the images i provide. These are only to give an idea of what i want.
