Help me setup a internet marketing plan -- 3

My wife and I are starting a business and need to setup an online marketing plan from scratch whose focus will be on SEM and YouTube. We need someone who has moderate to advance skills in the marketing area. While the great majority of our clients speak English we want all of our ads to be in Spanish It’s Very important that the search key words need to be in both Spanish and English. You can add, take away, and reorder as you see fit. We do not mind if you outsource some of the work, or ask us to do so. Just mention it in your proposal. Your milestone needs to be based on the work breakdown structure, so for every major task there should be a milestone, and for most minor task there should be one as well.
