Horse Racing game

I want to create a horse racing game and publish it to Steam.

I will need all the sources files.

The game has to provide a lot of things.

Multiple kinds of predefined starting games. Like start with no horses but million dollars. Start with three 2yo horses and 20k. Etc

You will have to move around a Horse Track. Can be in first person with still images but with different scenarios.

One it has to be the Stable, where you can talk with your trainer and his employees. Dialogues will be discussed later, but you will have to be able to ask how things are going, how much is it costing you, any suggestion, to fire him, to pick a preferred jockey, etc.

Another scenario has to be an auction tent, for the days of horse auctions. You will be able to check the pedigree book and bid on them in order to buy them.

Then a lounge office where you can have access to a computer, and check trainer stats, jockey stats, horses stats, results of a specific day, check your stable, define the name and silk of your stable, etc.

A ticket office where you can purchase todays program, and todays picks from an expert.

The management office where you can ask for the races that will be held in the next couple of months, and to enter or scratch your horses in some races.

The betting window, where you will be able to do all the kind of bets that you can do in a race, and if you win, collect the money of course.

A couple of monitors that show the result of prior race, and the other the odds for the following race.

And the main course, where you can see the race.

If you have a horse participating in such race, before the start, you will be able to talk with your trainer and jockey at the same time, to give instructions on how to race it.

Then of course, you will be able to watch the race, and this is a very important thing about the game. No need to have 3d or incredible graphics, it has to be realistic. We can talk about this later.

Then multiple small details, like if your horse won the race, then the press will take photos. Or a guy that buys horses. Claiming of horses in a race. Different categories per race. Etc.

It's simple and complex at the same time, and would love if you already have some knowledge about horse racing, as there are many small details that it is really hard to describe in a small description
