Improvements to Website

I am looking for someone to make some updates / improvements to my business website. It is integrated with software from a company called suredone and they did the initial set up and do provide continued support but thought I might be able to find a more customized developer. The website is www.eurorehabparts.com. We sell used automotive parts. I have a few ideas to improve the lay out that I would like to do all at once, or in stages. They are as follows: -Add a page for a recent vehicle that has been dismantled. I envision it would show a list or cars with the year/make/model/engine displayed as well as a thumbnail image and a clickable link that would show all the parts that were removed from it and are listed. I think this can be achieved by using the store search and searching a "stock number" that is attached to the vehicle and is also in the description of each part removed from that car. This is how I was able to achieve it on eBay. - Make the site more visually appealing - I currently have a drop down product display that has multiple levels of parent/child categories. I would like to have the child categories show up as a header on the parent category web pages. -format tables in the part detail section to show vehicles that it would fit. -Add a "blog" page of sorts that would allow me to add DIY articles. I am unsure of what the cost for this project would be and would probably select only some of these features to stay within a budget.
