Layout an ebook

Hi, I was a professional in book publishing since 2000. I'm familiar with PrePress , Print On Demand (POD) i.e. CreateSpace, IngramSpark, Lulu, also epub and amazon kindle. To make book layout is consistent, we should create styling for paragraphs/characters, table/cells, and in image/object.
