Logo suite fix - need correct colours, different backgrounds, and individual files made

I have a file from a graphic designer that has png, jpeg, eps and pdf files. There are multiple logos in one eps file.
I require the logos to be separated from the original file and made into individual files - with different file types made up from that.
The logos are not all in the correct colour - so that needs to be fixed - The colours they need to be - i have most of the pantone, rgb and cmyk colours.
I have a word document with the further details.
I would like this done so the job is finished in two days (or quicker).
