Looking For A Partner - Need Website Build + SEO - Exciting Project!

I'm looking for a partner to team up with, something where we can agree long term on a plan which its worth your while and which makes you more money in the long term.

The 2 domains I would like to get developed are [url removed, login to view] which after developing and sort of neglecting now needs a total revamp and new strategy in making money. I turned the website in to a blog, spent a bit of money on it but it has never made any money. It currently sits on page 2 of Bing and page 2 of Google for the keyword 'mens hairstyles' which is a very popular/profitable keyword which gets on average 165,000 searches a month in Google. The domain cost me $7000 so its got huge potential.

The other domain is designaccessories.com. This domain cost me over $1000 at the time. Currently the site is down for maintenance but I have already designed a logo for it and trademarked the logo/url in the UK. This domain was once run as an eCommerce website selling unusual design products. This was a business of mine for over 12 months but have not run the site for over 4 years now. This has huge potential as it combines 2 massive searchable keywords, if this domain could dominate those sectors then it could be very profitable.

With [url removed, login to view] the site needs to be easy to navigate, visually appealing to encompass the lastest fashion, catwalk, celeb photos of haircuts for men, it needs to combine, articles and product placement, whether thats from amazon affiliate or other companies affiliate schemes. this site needs to look spot on in terms of sleek fashionable design, edgy and trend setting. It needs to be automated so that articles can be pulled from other sources or from content writers i employ, the pics need to be pulled from sources, it may be that I have to pay for some pics which i have done in the past for the site and the products need to come from affiliate schemes. the site needs to be so easy and seamless which in corporates social. I want the site to be the place to go, I would love to be able to then partner with other brands, products and other big companies/websites.

With [url removed, login to view] again the site needs to be seamless, sleek, edgy, easy to navigate on mobile, tablet and computer. I want to start off with incorporating 3 companies affiliate schemes. These are [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] and iwantoneofthose.com. If I can add more companies in the future then great. I want my site to be the one stop shop where people come and get all their great products from their beloved sites under one roof. The site has got to be very clever with call to action buttons, its got to look like a non affiliate site where people click on pics or read small detailed articles that have buttons to take then to those sites to purchase. Social has to a big thing so I get transaction.

Ultimately I not only need expertise on the design but I also need SEO and techniques and stuff to get my sites ranked highly organically and white hat no bad stuff that will effect me long term.

Now I'm not silly this is a very huge demanding project here, so in return I would like to agree on something like a percentage of the profits for a period of time each month say over 12 months. It could be limitless so what ever the sites are earning on a monthly basis you get a percentage of that. It means that there is a real incentive to make a go of this big time which could ultimately turn in something big and make you a regular income for a period of time. I am also open to counter offers as well.

I will provide support throughout and help where I can, if you direct me then I can help out, I provide the domains, the vision and when the sites are launched I can run the day to day back-end of the sites allowing you to sit back and get paid. I must stress that I have very little funds to add during the design phase etc and rely on your expertise to build the sites and do seo for free.
