Make Kids Language Learning App

I'm looking for a small, professional team to build a stunning app for learning new languages. I'm looking for a professional designer/animator AND developer, experienced in mobile learning apps, who can work together to bring the app to life. You will work with me in the long-term to build and manage the app. The app offers a gamified experience with exciting animations and cute, interesting artwork. It will include a reward system, level-up system and eventually multiplayer functionality. I will provide general concepts and inspiration to guide the project, though the designer will ultimately create the overall style. The designer will cover everything design-related to ensure uniformity and consistency everywhere, including branding outside of the app. The ideal candidate would: o Work honestly and professionally, using contracts, clear processes and plans. o Be interested in long-term partnership o Contribute creatively to the project and offer better suggestions o Help with all steps of the app, including launch, maintenance o The designer can help with marketing, using a style guide Required Experience: Please show me your experiences in creating unique game-like apps. If your experience is only creating generic apps using standard templates, this isn't ideal. See the attached files for an idea of what the artwork you would be creating would look like (you will create our own original style, this is an inspiration). If you can easily design artwork to this standard, and are also able to animate (see the GIF), then you meet the criteria. Finally: I will ONLY respond to offers which have carefully read my proposal, and can show me your experience in creating original content and designs.
