I need an artist

I need someone to draw a logo (like a family crest) for me. We had a team planning day and everyone drew their interpretation of what they wanted the team to stand for, achieve, etc. Yet to convey that through symbols, animals, etc. The plan was to take different elements from each picture and combine them into one team crest. It is quite abstract, and meant to be somewhat humorous. The crest should be in a shield and portray: "a one-eyed lion standing on hind legs cry-laughing, with a real diamond on its chest (like a care bear), with one arm having a hand doing a fingers-crossed. The lion is standing on a row boat that’s in the water, with sails. There is a set of scales (of justice) in front of the lion – one side of the scale has a money bag and the other has an abacus (the scale is tipped with the money bag side below the abacus side. In the background, there are fireworks, the sun and the moon.”
