I need a CARTOONIST familiar with ANIMATE CC - To produce ~5 minutes animations

I need someone familiar with animating with the software ANIMATE CC (or Adobe Flash). The goal is to produce Biology Classes as animated cartoons. I am a biologist, but can not do all the drawings and animations by my own. I need help with it. I will provide you with: i) full script (full story) of the biology classes. ii) Major drawings/positions of the characters (Key Frames). iii) a draft of the animations (either as paper-drawn pictures or Animate CC files) iv) a text with the character's dialogues v) a text with guidances and general considerations about the project. Your task is to fulfill the remaining frames with drawings to end up in an animated video, based on the five items provided (listed above).
