Need an existing food order mobile app

If you made a food ordering mobile app for few restaurents and not only 1, so I will need the same app for myself as well. the reason I'm asking for something you already did is because I want to save some money, as we will only need to redesign it with my colors / logo etc.. and make my own skin. User flow should be something very simple: 1st screen - food categories to choose from (Burgers, Pizzas etc...). 2nd screen - Choosing a restaurent from list of restaurent offering this specific type of food. 3rd screen - getting the full menu of the restaurents, including image of each dish, price, text. 4rd screen - choosing the dishes I want, and adding them to cart. 5th screen - payments. I'm attaching few screenshots from an app I had before but closed because of database provider who closed, so we need to rewrite the code again, so now I prefer something exist and work!
