Need to fix website and facebook share simple small job

I have a website complete but the designer took 4 weeks and it still isnt working i have completed it myself however i still need help with the file upload form. It has a bug. when you upload an image on pc it works but it is an empty box but it is meant to have a pic saying to upload and text saying to upload but it is invisisible now. Also the form doesnt work correctly on mobiles. It is meant to be a popup but it goes back to a version of the page with no logo etc so a little bug. Also i have facebook code, it is a photo sharing website and each photos have ID'S I simple want a user to click a button to share the image and a copy of the image will be shared on facebook and the url of the photo (html page) and title of the page so when people from facebook click on the link they will go to that page. Needs to be completed within 24 hours!!!
