We need a front-end designer to design our website (Skills needed: Photoshop, illustrator, Photoshop, Bootstrap, CSS, JS, HTML Standards, Video making, 3D animation, GIF animation, front-end web design, creativity and solutions)

I am looking for an experienced Front-End Designer, who has an eye for details. You should not be looking for the easy solution but the best solution. I need a person how can come up with new with new ideas that could add value to the front-end design. We need innovative solutions that makes our competitor's website look like amateur. The first page is the most demanding part! But you can get lot of help from Strips homepage. Some features from the first page will be displayed on other pages. It is not a requirement that you can make animation videos, but it will be a great advantage, and this will obviously affect the price, if you can not.
