I need some design work.

I need to renovate my apartment and I would like to receive 6 architectural proposal with a 3D rendering made on its actual dinensions. So I need 6 proposal to understand how to arrange at the best the areas (kitchen, living room, etc) and which furnitures to buy, cinsidering the building constraint (concrete walls, windows, etc). I also need to receive the native 3D files (better if performed with google sketch up). Thanks.
