Create animated floor plans with colour and create 3-D image of the site with colour.

I need 3 individual plans made (unit 1, unit 2,3,4 are the same and unit 5) please provide 5 individual file though with unit 1,2,3,4 & 5 on them so I can load them online. Files to be provided in .jpeg in high and low resolution
the 5th file to be provided is the artistic impression. I need this in high resolution to be printed on a FOR SALE board approx. 1000mm x 1500mm in size, I also need this in low resolution to be uploaded online.
10 files in total, 5 in high resolution (to be printed on a for sale board, 5 in low resolution (to be uploaded online)
