News platform cryptocurrency

Hi, I am looking to begin a project where new posts/tweets from facebook and twitter is automatically drawn from certain accounts onto my website. So if i for example add a specific facebook account and that account posts a news post on their wall/group, that post will automatically also be posted on my website. If a certain twitter account that I selected makes a tweet, then that tweet will automatically be posted on my website as well. The only thing I need to do is link the accounts I want the tweets/posts to be drawn from and those will be posted on a main timeline on my website. I can then edit/remove certain posts if I want to, but by automatic function the above described is the function that I would like. You need to also design the website (simple but good looking design).. Basically just a timeline where all news feed will come (similar to pinterest for example). Thanks.
