B2B Office space rental project in php/mySQL

PLEASE READY CAREFULLY AND PLACE YOUR BID FOR THE AMOUNT YOU'RE WILLING TO GET FOR THIS PROJECT!! We are looking for a developer who can make a workspace rental website with similar features like [login to view URL] with a touch of airbnb. Please check both sites so you know them. So, basicly the user should be able to list and alter their listing and/or rent the space. We start with basic features for renting spaces by the hour, day, week, month, quarter, half a year and a full year. It must be in php and a mySQL database driven and fully functional. We do not need the enterprise and Alt Space features (from Liquidspace). We just need the list space and find space feature. Design wise: - In stead of Entire Homes, Air bnb Plus and Botique Hotels we want it to be: Flex-desks, Offices, Meeting Space, Pop-up shopspace, Congress and Event Space. So it must contain royalty free images of business workspaces. - Color scheme; Background: white, Fonts: black, Accents: Microsoft blue - Design similar like airbnb. - Footer need to be basic (about us, legal notes, addresses, phone number) - There must be a line of featured spaces (like airbnb has) which feature the Flex-desks, Offices, Meeting Spaces, Congress and Event Spaces. - The listing itself must be like Liquidspace. Technical - It needs to be mySQL based. - Futher it needs to have most but not all the AirBNB features like sign up als seller and/or buyer, reservation system, email confirmation for sign-up, sign-in, payment handeling, Google maps, calendar, notifications, automated emails, database management and a CRM. - Sign in with LinkedIn and Facebook. - Referral system with fixed fee (contacts from LinkedIn and Facebook) - Cookie wall - Auto reduce image size - If listing is removed also the images must be removed - Multi language within mySQL Dutch, English and German. Other languages auto translate with Google. - SEO optimized - Search with filter like liquidspace after city is given - Show results or listing on map in same page (like Liquidspace). - Payment provider (like Adyen or [login to view URL]) - Scaleable on all devices - Reviews per space (up to 5 stars) - Space could be "reviewed by Management" Mobile Commerce - Create an app for the app-store (iPhone) and play-store (android) for the customers to download to list space and to find space (similar like liquidspace). Social connection - Auto upload main picture of space added to Facebook, Instagram, etc. including link (if possible) Pricing and invoicing - For pricing tiers these steps: 1 hour, 4 hours, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months - For the booking we need an ajustable fee as a percentage on each tier. E.g. 3 to 20%. And for the customer we need an ajustable fixed fee. - All prices are excluding VAT (21% for the Netherlands) and need to be in the bill when applicable. - The invoicing needs kept to be in the User dasboard (for finders and listers) Amenities Also we need a list of amenities with an icon like these: - coffee/tea - softdrinks - printing - scanning - faxing - WIFI - office supplies - fitness - sauna - pool - Airconditioning - and a couple extra similar to Liquidspace If not free then the costs can be given as extra fees.
