hello I have a web site that made upon the open cart, journal theme the website is integrated with mobile apps for both Android and IOS, what I need is a graphic designer who can reorganise the home page and design banners and evolutionary banners for the website and categories and subcategory pictures too , no coding involved the website is ready all I need is designer know how to deal with journal theme so he can change the elements and deal with the menus with creative way and use the guidelines for high converting home pages the pictures should be clean and clear and optimized for SEO means resized for website performance I prefer to have quotes based on hours not fixed but let me hear what you have in mind anyway .
