[Quick Project] Help me complete my Creative Design/UX/UI Project - All Wireframes completed

Background - I have an existing design project that I would like a freelancer to finish off for me. All the wireframes are completed and the design of the web pages just began. I need someone who can take what has been designed so far (all source files will be supplied) and bring it to completion.
# There are about 15-20 pages to be designed... these include dynamic pages and static pages. The style guides and colour palettes are done already.
This project is not just about designs, but I need you to focus on the UX/UI of the website. What I'm looking for
- Someone with EXCELLENT creative skills
- Someone with EXCELLENT UX/UI skills (experience is a must). Mobile, Tablets experience is necessary
- Someone that has worked on web designs for large dynamic websites (ideally booking engines, job listing websites)
- Someone that can deliver in an agile and fast paced environment
- Someone that has worked with modern and clean websites (examples include Airbnb, Freelancer, Upwork)
- Someone that can provide REAL EXAMPLES of their work
