I have a multi-resturant order & delivery website (example: [login to view URL]). I would like someone to help me customize the registration part of the website. Would like one of those simple "3 step" registration processes. Step 1: Same info my website currently has (First name, Last name, Phone, Email, Password) + I would like to add (*Address & Apply Promo Code field) Step 2: I would like for you to add: *Two fields where users can upload image files. Step 3: Thank you notice. - When user finishes registration, status must be set to pending. Admin must approve customer status through admin panel. This function will be added by you. In conclusion, *The new fields that are going to be added must show up in the admin panel/ customer profile. As well in the user profile in store front. Users must be able to view & edit the new fields. I attached an image of an example of what I would like. Simple and clean. Please be fluent in English. Please be knowledgeable especially with PHP. My website is built with yii framework. ATTENTION TO DETAIL is very important! Great and reliable work will result in other project offers we need done. Thank you!
