Resolve a problem with Membership Pro component in Joomla

I have a problem on my site.

My site is based on membership subscription plan.

I have one subscription plan free and 2 subscription plans at payment.

I use Zombaio payment gateway.

Two groups of user, one is for free subscription plans an one for subscription pay.

When a user subscribe a plan must assign a right group, free subscription assig a free group and payment subscription a payment group and that i need to resolve.

Another problem is when the user pay and the payment is approved membership pro component dont active the subscription but still in pending, i need to resolve it because when the payment is ok the subscription must me activate.

The site is Based in joomla and use Membership pro component.

Please answer only developer know those system because i can not lost time to explain at developers all functionality of the system.
