Silhouette photos onto orange background and create new files

This is a very simple project ongoing. I would like to start just one to confirm Photoshop skills. Once complete, like to arrange pricing for this project ongoing. There are usually around 3 or 4 per month. Once complete, please quote a rate for each time I send a new image request.
Beginning with the high resolution Photoshop image, using the "Refine edges…" Photoshop feature in order to perfectly silhouette the individuals hair etc. with no background edging.
Finally, create a drop shadow as per attached example. I have attached an example of the process as executed on a previous image. [See attached file "[login to view URL]".P.S. Please know that I had to reduce the size of the PSD and file by 50% so that I could upload it here.]

There are 2 sizes needed.
- 150x150
- 602x444
- Full size (of original version) Tiff file
- I would also like the final layer Photoshop image from the original high resolution photo after silhouetted delivered to me for archiving.
