Simple Wordpress Plugin with 1 Shortcode & CSS work

1) I want to create a simple Wordpress plugin called "Ai Events".
2) Once the plugin is installed, i want it added to the WP menu. Under the "Ai Events" menu, I want a menu item called Shortcodes. On that page I want it to list 1 description (I'll provide later).
3) I want a shortcode created that will list posts (and related meta) in a specific layout via CSS. My site has custom fields associated with each post with meta information that I want outputted via the shortcode.
4) I want all the programming and CSS created within the plugin, so i can build on it in the future.
I will provide screen shots, and links privately later. In order for me to consider your bid, say the word Blue. That way I know you read all of this.
