I am expanding my business into snow removal this upcoming season and need to get contracts designed and printed soon so that we can start getting clients signed up. I have some examples that I want to use to design mine. I just do not have the resources to make the design look professional. I want my logo at the top and contact info. I like the way the (Affordable Snow) example I have attached is in boxed format. It makes it look cleaner. I want a box for services that are listed with prices and a small check box to the right for the client to select and below a total cost of services line to tally up the totla cost. The services need to be: Driveway Snow Removal ($249.99) Up to1,000 sq. ft. (50x20 Area) $0.25 per sq ft additional Porch and Walkway to Front Door ($74.99) City sidewalk ($74.99) Ice Melt/Salt ($149.99) Flourecent Markers ($25/Season) Total cost of services Then I have attached my logo and contact info for the top left part of the contract. I am only doing seasonal pricing, so please disregard the other forms of pricing on the examples. Also I would like a picture of a plow truck removing snow at the top of the page. Must have a signature line at the bottom
