Tool Auto upload design to Teespring.com

Hi I want make a tool auto upload desgin to [login to view URL] following requirements: 1. Basically, this tool will have the similar functions to those of Auto Tee Insight tool. Optimal functions that Tool needs to have It can upload PNG imagines onto different accounts and each account can choose different kinds of products ( for example, account 1: t-shirt, account2 : t-shirt with a design on the back, account 3: hoodie - this function is flexible for each account. - When auto-uploading onto accounts with a large number of PNG at the same time, please make sure that Teespring will not detect anything. - This tool will allow us to edit the speed of unloading. - Set up "save'' mode for choice when uploading (save temp) - After uploading, successful PNG imagines will automatically be moved to a folder named "DONE", failed ones will be in the other folder for failed ones. - This tool can allow a list of accounts and automatically be uploaded one account to other ones. If one account is failed or full, the design imagines will be turned into other accounts automatically. - After the network is connected, this tool will upload automatically the rest of the number design imagines which haven't uploaded due to internet interruption
