I have a page that's functional and laid out like I want, but it needs some tweaks which are almost all handled with HTML/CSS. You must be highly skilled in CSS to work on this project. The end result is that the responsive page looks great on all size screens. My ideal candidate will be great at graphic design and layout so that the page has a professional look and feel.
