Update Existing Drupal Site

We have a Drupal site that has some key pages where the appearance needs improving.
i.e. the blog page is just a text and images, we would require a side column to have a category word cloud or history as well as email sign up and social links.
We have 5 views/pages to improve, mainly through with changes to the template

(layout to be more like [login to view URL] but within the current theme)

(layout to be more like [login to view URL] but within the current theme)
3) [login to view URL] - is bit of a mess, the filter items at the top need to go to the side and have social links and mail sign up. Plus that the very top to have 3 key projects to focus on
4) from the previous Ourwork page each client links to a page like this [login to view URL] - the picture is too big and we need to add copy in the right box that is formatted with Project name, details and links
5) [login to view URL] - really is quite uninspiring
I suspect total of 5-15 hrs is required to complete all parts
