i need a website
there is a webmaster
then end users can create an account which the webmaster authorizes. it will be a paid account setup so paypal integration is needed as well with a monthly subscription system
if payment is not made then the account is disabled
end user can still login but only the message that account is disabled will appear and a payment button
website details
end user can upload multiple images numbered pages
one each page then end user can draw a box onto any part of the image to make it a clickable link.
end user can then assign a webpage link to that part of the image
multiple links can be created using this way
then project is then saved with a start and end date for the image to be displayed
then on the actual front end the image are displayed
so customers can view the image and then click on a part of the image to take the customer to another website page as linked in the back end

so when end user displays their image

UI elements will be provided as a psd

it will need to be a responsive website
also i will need a android and ios app . that will be a separate project with a separate budget but i need the website to be efficient and well coded to enable the apps
