High Protein take away food menu

I am starting a Fast Food franchise that specializes in pre-prepared high protein food freshly made protein shakes.

I need a menu created for Breakfast , Lunch, Dinner and Snacks.

All meals must be high protein, low fat and low sugar so people feel comfortable enough to come back and make and eat more than once a day. Also must have ingredients that are easily available and not overly expensive

Breakfast – all meals need to be at least 30grams of protein, low fat low sugar

Frittata

Egg and ham wrap

Protein Yogurt with muesli and berries

Breakfast Shake

Salads – all salads need to have at least 40 grams of protein, low fat, low sugar

Beef Green Salad

Chicken Green Salad

Tuna Green Salad

Sashimi Green Salad

Beef quinoa Salad

Chicken Quinoa Salad

Tuna Quinoa salad

Tofu Quinoa salad

Wraps – all wraps need to be wholewheat, wholemeal . Need to have atleast 40 grams of protein. Low fat low sugar.
