My name's Sarah. I have been a paramedic for 6 years and involved in healthcare for over 12. I have an EXCELLENT knowledge of the physiology involved in *nutrition*, notice I don't say diet... I can get you eating super healthy, giving you the science behind what your body needs.
I'm also an amateur chef. I LLLOOOOVVVEEEEE cooking, maybe too much! I recently (for my husband) switched from a meat based diet to a vegetarian one, which has had me spending the last 14 months finding out how to make vegetables and low calorie foods taste PHENOMENAL!! Made a delicious butternut purée (super easy) last night that has only 155 cal per serving. Filling and super tasty.
