ionic and codeigniter modifications

I need to modify a Ionic app and create a web form

1) 
When the user go to “Add cart” my client need to transform this popup, into a page with selectable cards like the menu, the extras can be selected in this page making a click over the card, also needs to change the “select size” list into a input with filter, just like the image, this field is going to be used for the user select the location. add the possibility to add a image and a description on the “extra” item, this need to be added in the on the admin dashboard too

2)After click on “Add cart” in select extras, add a limit, this limit needs to be added to the admin panel too Dashboard / Food, [login to view URL],when the admin is creating a food the admin is going to need to select a limit to “extras” that can be selected by the user after the user click on “Add cart”, this value go from 1 to 100 & “no limit”, for example if the admin user select 5 as limit on the admin dashboard,

when the user click on the “add cart” button, the user can only select 5 items from the “EXTRAS List”, if the user select 4, the app shows a error “please add one more to the list to complete the 5 items” if the user select 6 the app shows a error

“please remove 1 item for complete your 5 items order”.

3) My client needs to create a form for ordering food just like the ionic app, interacting with the admin panel already created, he just wants a form to receive the orders via web, he don't he is going to put the form inside and use the styles of the theme that he have so you don't need to design the page, just only make the form showing the data from the admin panel (images, text, food list, etc)

Please respect the idea that the app and the panel are completely translation ready, so adapt any change that you make into [login to view URL] for correct translation later
