Hello Let me explain some things: There are "real" push notifications. You know, same as you receiving from some apps. In this case you must use one of platform for this: OneSeignal, firebase or any suitable. No one will guarantee reciving not on user side (app must be in background - i am talknig about mobile) Second case is displaying message to user (alert or any) via websockets. Much simplier. You need only access to server - need to install nodejs and some other libs In both cases shedule is possible. Easy So is upt to you... My vote goes to websockets. Even user is not loggd, Will see not ehen login Also hybrid is possible. Using phonegap... Those are variants. Regards
