WIX website to be saved as HTML5/CSS3

Hello Freelancers, We have a long term subscription with WIX and are happy with their service. However, not having a copy of our website (to be used for emergency cases, fall-back website, you name it!) is a concern and a potential risk. We are looking for someone that can create a well structured, -Responsive- and fully working HTML5/CSS3 Backup copy of our WIX website, which will also pass all the online tests without errors or warnings. Our WIX website is extremely simple, with no animations, not complex or sophisticated at all. While sending your price proposals please keep in mind it and also kindly note that we are a ZERO-REVENUE group and our budget is VERY VERY TIGHT. The provided code should be commented (meaning: <! --comment --> ), because it will be of help while making changes to the website in the future. Time is not a concern, we can give to the freelancer 20 days for the job to be completed. We ask a very low price but also we don't ask you to make the job in 2 days! Fair enough? We will pay once the job is done, completed, accepted, and FULLY delivered. We always honor our debts and you will be paid. The Freelancer.com platform also is here not to make you worry about it. So you don't have to worry at all. The job will be considered Accepted when we are happy with it and there is no need for further changes. The freelancer will make all the necessary changes before delivering the final work and will COMMIT to support us for 1 month AFTER the job is delivered and paid. Why 1-month support? Because it's impossible to check all your job in 1 or 2 days. While rating the Freelancer, we will keep into consideration also the "After-Sale Support" matter.
