2 Serbian websites restored - Education and Medical

2 Serbian expired domains to be brought to life. It will be in English and Serbian language. I need a Serbian writer to read the content on Wayback machine, help me understand it and jointly decide what content is worth recovering and also translating into English posts on 2 wordpress sites. Posts should have an h1 heading added containing topic keywords, and a few outgoing authority links on each post. Adding a few unique images (non-duplicate content images) to each post is greatly appreciated. If unique images are on wayback machine, please recover them and use them. Text of posts being recovered should also be checked on google to make sure it is unique. I can't use posts that are duplicated content elsewhere. Sometimes, writing is required.

At a minimum, each website needs a homepage, 4 English posts and 4 Serbian posts on the same topics. If wayback has more useful content, the project will go longer to get it.

I can't pretend to be whoever used to be the former owner, so the homepages will need to explain the website is now archives of useful information recovered, or some other explanation that seems honest and helpful.

This is pay-per-hour, truly. Not pay-per-page or pay based on initial estimate. Invoice weekly please. I need a full-time worker, someone not splitting work with other projects, someone not doing freelancing while having another job.
