Need a custom form built for my Shopify theme. All it needs to do is capture email address, and price. It will need to also grab the title of the product the customer is on.
Basically I have a buy and sell shopify site. On the buy page I want customers to be able to put in a best offer of a product if they don't want to pay the full price. I just need the form to email me what price they want to spend. Thats it!
