Requirement: Web page development - Client side Skills: HTML , CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON Background: We are in the process of developing simple web application for proof of concept application using FreeLancer website. This application will be used in industrial environment. It allows operators to update the information directly on web page instead of writing these measurements on paper. I have added the information on current manual paper based form to be filled operators along with proposed webpage for online data entry. Scope: 1. Development of web page using HTML , CSS, Java script, JQuery, JSON. 2. Define the format of JSON data needed for each REST request/response along with the URI of the REST service. 3. Test the page using mock implementation of JSON data. Points to consider: 1. The web page shall be response. Meaning that the content will fit into multiple device types. computer, tablet, mobile. 2. Use CSS for page layout. Do not use tables for page layout. 3. The colours (Theme) controls used in the Mock design are only for representation purpose. You are allowed to choose the optimum layout as long as it is user friendly. Feel free to discuss with us with your suggestions and ideas. 4. Take for validation of data entered for data type, range and alert the user accordingly. 5. Use configuration files to store the information like application name and information on copy right where ever possible. Scope of deliverables: 1. Source code of the web page development 2. Documentation explaining the format of JSON for Request and responses. 3. Screen shots of test results and demo using online meeting (skype, joinme, team viewer, webex, etc)
