Cake Ordering System (JAVA)

This will be my first project @ freelancer , so I will try my best , to get good review ;). Java Servlet api , with jsp pages for views known very well to me. I would go with HSQLDB for database (db you can store as single file inside your app's folder) , but we can go with suggessted MySql as well. I will not go with any fancy tools , to keep things simple , so You could have good idea of how things linked between each other. Although I can add "bootstrap" library to make pages look smoother. I can add "Spring Container" to make bean "autowiring possible". I can use Hibernate instead of plain self written JDBC. I will build project with maven build tool. You will get code after each milestone. After last milestone I will stay connected for a week , during evening hours to help you with any questions.
