Create Blog Widget in CSS/HTML from existing design

Dear Freelancers, We have a part of our site design that is a "Blog Widget" that will show highlights from our site's blog on our home page. The design has been made in PSD (see attached JPG also) but it needs to be created in HTML/CSS and likely JavaScript/jQuery so we can place it on the site. We don't need the functions to get the content from the blog, just the layout and functionality. From the screenshot you can see that the left hand side is a scrollable list of the blog posts, and when selected, the image and text change to display the blog post on the right. We need someone who can reproduce this pixel-perfect according to the design. Please send links to similar things you have done. Please note this is a small project and we only have a small budget for this. Look forward to your bids!
