Build a HTML5 application in Dreamweaver (2017 edition) and convert it using phonegap for IOS -- 2

The project is esentially an electronic checklist. it has some images and some videos in it. the checklist items will need to be ticked and then change colour, a red box highlights the next item. if you wish to go back to a previous item on the page then you press and hold it and all items below are unticked. there is a reset button on each sub page and a master reset button to clear all check boxes. the key is that all the text content is pulled from a single text file (xml or whatever) and then populates the dream weaver site. There are 4 major tabs across the top, and in each major tab group there are sub tabs. the content should be scrollable and have a night function to invert the white background to black. please see the attached video for how it should function. red emergency pages are simliar layour to the green pages, only the content will differ.,
