Google Charts from XLSX File (HTML/JS)

Hi, I need a very simple, integrated code with the functionalities below:

- to read a table in the XLSX file and update the google chart in the HTML file attached.

- The chart shall present the SUM of the Columns base on the Date in the Horizontal Axis;

- To include Filters for The First 2 columns (Manager and Team) and to update the Chart based on the filter.

The basis HTML and XLSX files are attached.

There is no need to work con Templates, just to delivery the functionalities.

Except the Google Chart JS, all the JS shall be locally accessed (without internet access).

Ps: I need it ready UP to november 22.
