Modify a JS Script that Uses d3.js so that it Returns locations of the Data Objects

I am working with a short script of js code that uses d3.js to generate a bubble chart from an array of values. I am looking for a Freelance skilled in js and d3.js to add to this script so it returns the locations of the data objects it generates (x, y, name, and radius values) in a JSON array variable. It should display these on the web page underneath the chart. The HTML page and the js script are attached.
