Need a developer for creating HTML page which is similar to online shopping setting and adding it to Qualtrics

I plan to run an online experiment using Qualtrics. A question cannot be created using the standard features in Qualtrics, thus I need to create an HTML page and add this page to Qualtrics. I need a developer who can write an HTML page and javascript to mimic an online shopping environment and implement this HTML to Qualtrics. This is an online experiment thus a design of the setting is much simpler than a real one. A brief description of the setting is that there is a set of products displaying an image of the product and its price. People choose the products that they would want to buy and decide on the quantities for each product that they choose given a fixed budget. After people making their purchase decision, total spending is automatically calculated. Features that you need to design by writing Javascript: 1. The mouse cursor changes from an arrow to hand when the cursor is in selected areas. 2. Product quantity changes when clicking -/+ buttons. 3. Display calculated total spending. When total spending exceeds a certain range, a warning sign pops up and cannot go to the next page. 4. Chosen products should be indicated. (e.g., different colors or saying "in cart") 5. Randomize the order/position of products.
