The System Integrator shall utilize the existing necessary digital data such as Ortho imagery, LiDAR, Shape files, base map etc., that are required for city modeling. The software application is to be hosted on vendor’s cloud environment which would include the required server end hardware and maintenance.
Si shall carry out data capturing for 3D modeling content for 2SqKM Area identified in Area Based Development Area in the Chennai City. The existing Data can also be additional used for rendering the Visualization outcome. Subsequently this database shall be used for testing the solution before Go-Live.
System Integrator shall take up data capturing like some photography for getting the right texture and rendering to get the realistic representation of the identified area. Also, the required modeling software tool for getting LOD2.5 is to be arranged by the System Integrator.
