Basic Ipad App Programme Required

Hi there, I need a very simple IPad app building. I produce a monthly magazine, approx 60 pages. I will supply the file each month and need the pdf file to be able for people to subscribe to and view the magazine via the app, and read as a magazine Any additional features you suggest will go in your favour at winning the project.
