Basic Soundboard App for iPad and iPhone

I need a Universal app to be created that works in both iPhone and iPad. It would be a basic soundboard app with about 4 pages and 36 sounds. When you clicked on the buttons of each page, the buttons should wiggle a little (can be a series of png or programmatic, whichever gives the best effect) and the sound would play.
Please only submit if you have experience doing Universal apps that detect the device and display the correct imagery. This is for a series so successful completion means more work in the near future.
All artwork and sounds will be provided. Please provide examples of other work. Programmer will be selected quickly so bid soon.
