I am looking to an app to be developed which does the following:

- Allows a user to either set a "state" to active, or inactive using a vertical slider

- Either "state" will show on a local map (using the in-built maps) so other users can see everyone who is actively using the app

- Graphics will be added to all elements later so the app must have the ability to add in graphics to the interface.
