Convert/Resize iPhone binary to iPad size. Minor Code Trim.

Need YOU to take my XCODE project ( a working iOS 3.2 or 4.1 iphone app, already approved for sale), and turn it into a universal binary or iPad only binary, for me to upload to apple. The app is an existing, approved for sale, iphone/ipod sized app. I need YOU to make the ipad version for me. I am not very good at objective c, and i know this would take a normal guy about 15 minutes to update and resize. The app is very simple (like a soundboard), contains a central moving picture, 14 sound buttons, and a few buttons that load URLs, and is almost identical to " Halloweeny Free" . There is NO IAD CODE. Very basic. I need you to : Resize the views in Interface Builder to IPAD size. Convert the iphone Binary i have to a universal (iphone/ipad/ipod), Or just make the ipad binary from what i give you. Trim out some code, add some code, MAKE IT WORK ON IPAD 3.2 or 4.2. I will provide: complete Xcode project and files (iphone binary working, approved, no compile errors. 3.2 ) any graphics needed. Already have several apps that i have written, apple approved, but i am not an objective c master. i started 4 months ago and im stuck. thanks for looking. this will be easy. you could probably fix it in 5 mins
