Drawing/Illustrating a Series of Special Event Renderings - Three Events - Themed Parties

Looking for a talented rendering artist who can transform my writing and supplied photography into a 3-D illustration that i can ultimately sell the concept with and fabricate. Drawing should create the overall themed environment, show lighting, foliage, props, tables and chairs, stage setting, etc.
Attached are a themed drawing and an actual themed event.
I need three events drawn - they are:
America The Beautiful - highlighting monuments (statue of Liberty, Liberty Bell), landscapes (Maine coastline with Lighthouse, Mojave Salt Flats w/ Racer) , cities (New York, Miami) and parks (Mount Rushmore, Yellowstone's Old Faithful) around the United States of America. Hopefully you can get a vision of the props needed to make this happen.
Chesapeake Bay Crab Festival - a nautical bayside event with shanty huts, rustic docks & pilings, old boats, crab traps, nets, foliage, etc. This should be easy - I have great photos of the real thing.
American Presidents Party - an elegant themed event which framed presidential portraits around the room, columns, foliage, creative lighting, tables, linens, etc.
I would like two (2) views of each in high resolution format. I would also like it all for one low flat price. I should be able to provide you with plenty of information quickly to bring this project to a quick conclusion. If you have any drawings similar to this to show me - please share.
